Texoma Medical Center

To Whom It May Concern:

  • 294 beds
  • 72K volume ED
  • Accredited Cardiac Center
  • Primary Stroke Center
  • Level 2 Trauma Center

It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of reference for TruePartners Emergency Physicians. I hired Dr. Soria to staff my emergency department in mid 2011. Since then, I could not be more pleased with the work they have done.

My emergency department at Texoma Medical Center was suffering from decreased volume, decreased patient satisfaction, high LWOT’s and overall poor quality of care provided by the group staffing the department. When TruePartners took over, an immediate change was noticed. The doctors all cared about making the emergency department a better experience for the patients. The physicians work hand in hand with the nurses in driving a beautifully-run emergency department. Since TruePartners, our volume has increased by over 15,000 patients in less than 3 years. Our patient satisfaction scores have never been higher. We are also very proud of our door-to-doctor time of 12 minutes, unprecedented.

The TruePartner physicians have been an integral part of the medical staff. Each physician is on a committee and is involved in all hospital affairs. The physicians have been more than willing to help with any issues outside of the emergency department. They have a strong community involvement that has helped give our emergency department and hospital a better name.

I could not be more happy with my choice of brining in Dr. David Soria and TruePartners . Please feel free to call me with any questions.
